We choose our toys and stationery items carefully to maintain quality, but you must keep the following in mind:

• Choking Hazards: Some of our products, crafts, or stationery kits contain small parts. These are not safe for very small children. Please read the age recommendations on the product descriptions.
• Warning: Children’s Products: Kiddo Planet assumes that the child’s use of these products will be properly supervised by parent(s) or guardian(s). Kiddo Planet is not liable for any accidents in case of improper or careless use.
• Color and Appearance: The product colors and texture may look different than the images displayed on your phone or computer monitor due to different screen settings.

Section 3 – Orders, Stock, and Changing Prices

We try our best to keep all stock details and prices accurate, but mistakes can sometimes happen.

• We can change the prices of our products at any time without giving prior notice.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price due to a system error or goes out of stock suddenly, we have the right to cancel your order. Even if your payment was successful, we will cancel the order and return your full money to your original payment method.
• We only sell directly to customers. If we feel an order is placed by a reseller, dealer, or bulk distributor, we reserve the right to cancel that order immediately.

Section 4 – Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To prevent fake orders and courier losses, we follow a strict verification process for Cash on Delivery:

• We reserve the right to call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before dispatching it.
• If the provided phone number is unreachable, the address looks incomplete, or the customer refuses to confirm the order within 48 hours, we hold the right to cancel the order automatically.

Section 5 – Customized and Personalized Gifts

If you purchase any personalized or custom-made gift item from our store (where custom names, photos, or designs are printed):

• These orders cannot be cancelled or modified once the production process begins.
• Personalized products are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they arrive physically damaged during transit.

Section 6- Shipping and Delivery Delays

We partner with reliable third-party courier companies across India to ship your orders.

• We always dispatch your packages on time from our side. However, if a delivery gets delayed because of courier sorting issues, bad weather, or heavy holiday rushes, it is out of our control. Therefore, we cannot take legal responsibility for transit delays caused by shipping companies.

Section 7 – Damaged Items and Unboxing Video Rule

Toys and plastic stationery items can sometimes break during transport. To protect both you and our business, we follow a strict policy:

• You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video (without any cuts, pauses, or edits) while opening the package for the first time.
• If you receive a broken, damaged, or wrong item, you must send this unboxing video and photos to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
• If you do not record an unboxing video or fail to report the issue within 48 hours, we will not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Section 8 – Our Website Content (Copyright)

This website belongs to us entirely – our logo, graphics, product photos, and written descriptions are all ours, and you are not permitted to download, copy or use for your own business and website without our written consent.

Section 9 – Problems Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

If any of these force majeure events happen, such as a nationwide disaster like floods, earthquakes, a national strike, a nationwide internet shutdown, government declaration of mobilisation or martial laws, or the act of defaulting debt, we will not be considered a failure to run our business and deliver goods on time to you. We will endeavor to resume our normal business immediately after the causes of delay get out of the way.

Section 10 – Our Maximum Legal Liability

We want you to have an amazing shopping experience with us. However, if any serious dispute happens, the maximum financial or legal liability of Kiddo Planet will only be equal to the exact amount of money you paid us for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect losses or emotional distress claims.

Section 11 – Governing Law and Court Jurisdiction

These terms and your purchases are governed entirely by the laws of India. If we run into a dispute that cannot be solved through friendly chat, all legal proceedings will happen exclusively under the jurisdiction of the local courts in New Delhi, India.
